James is a UK trained recruiter, a passionate client partner who has led some of the most exciting RPO projects in the region, including the flagship Dubai Expo 2020.

With over 12 years business experience in the recruitment industry, including headhunting, RPO and large-scale recruitment projects, Susan uses her experience to build strong stakeholder management, people leadership and operational delivery to help our teams achieve their clients’ goals and KPIs.
Srinivasa Raghavan

Srinivasa, manages all aspects of Hudson RPO India. With extensive experience in IT Software since 1990, he has excelled in various industries like Healthcare, Finance, Logistics, Insurance, Non-Profit, and Trading/Clearing Corps. As a former CIO for a healthcare organisation and COO of an ITES firm, he achieved remarkable growth and high-profit margins. His academic credentials include an MS in CS, MBA in International Business, and a PhD in Organisation and Management. Srinivasa is known for driving success and making a lasting impact in the industry in India and beyond.
Jennifer Goodwin

Jennifer (Jen) Goodwin, Vice President of Human Resources and Deputy General Counsel for the Americas and EMEA, leads HR strategy and operations while serving on Hudson RPO’s Global People and Culture Leadership and Legal teams. With over 25 years’ experience in HR, legal, and business, she holds degrees from Marquette University and completed Wharton’s CHRO Program.

Nabil Kamleh

Nabil Kamleh, Managing Director of Hudson Middle East and Africa, leads the firm’s regional growth and talent acquisition efforts. With nearly 15 years in recruitment, including over a decade in the GCC, he has managed high-volume hiring for global organizations. He holds degrees in Business Management and International Business from the University of Lethbridge.

Andreea Macoveschi, Managing Director, Europe for Hudson RPO, is a multilingual RPO/HRO leader with extensive experience across the U.S. and Europe. She has led global talent, technology, and process transformations, implemented HR systems internationally, and managed large-scale delivery centers. Previously VP of Talent Acquisition Transformation at Korn Ferry, she holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management.
