James is a pioneer of RPO solutions in the Middle East having founded Executive Solutions in 2008 to answer the call for high quality recruitment at scale across the burgeoning economies of the Arabian Gulf. This close-knit business has prospered since, and in 2024 has been acquired by global superpower, Hudson RPO, with the aim of taking the firm to the next stage of it’s operational and strategic growth.
James is a UK trained recruiter, a passionate client partner who has led some of the most exciting RPO projects in the region, including the flagship Dubai Expo 2020.
