In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Mike partners closely with executive leadership to drive operational excellence, performance management, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Mike brings more than 25 years of senior financial leadership experience across global organizations, including Komatsu, Cielo, Merge Healthcare, Quad/Graphics, and Deloitte. Prior to joining Hudson, he served as CFO of Glenroy, where he led major financial and operational restructuring efforts and enhanced forecasting, reporting, and cash management capabilities.
