Jennifer (Jen) Goodwin serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Deputy General Counsel for the Americas and EMEA. In this dual role, Jen spearheads Human Resources strategy and operations throughout the Americas, while also playing a key role on our Global People and Culture Leadership and Legal teams.

Jen brings more than 25 years of extensive experience in human resources, legal, and business domains. Her career began at a law firm specializing in labor and employment law, where she provided expert counsel on a wide range of employment law and human resources issues.

In the corporate sector, Jen advanced through increasingly senior roles within both Human Resources and Sales. Her most recent role involved driving strategic growth initiatives, managing field relations, developing policies, and leading change management efforts. Jen’s adeptness at aligning HR strategies with business objectives has been crucial in cultivating an inclusive and high-performing sales culture.

Jen holds a Bachelor’s degree from Marquette University with a double major in Criminology and Law Studies and Spanish, and a Law degree, also from Marquette University. In addition, she completed the Wharton Executive Education Chief Human Resources Officer Program.
