Tampa, Fla, Sept. 23, 2024 – Hudson Talent Solutions today announced that Shaun Limwatana has joined Hudson Talent Solutions as RPO Vice President, Hudson Middle East and Africa. In this role, Limwatana will help lead efforts to increase the firm’s presence and stature throughout the region and will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s go-to-market RPO strategy in the region.
Limwatana is an experienced HR professional, having been in the region since 2008. He is the cofounder of Parisima Talent, a leading Talent and HR advisory firm based in Dubai. Prior to cofounding Parisima, he held leadership roles across both HR and Talent Acquisition for both FGB (now FAB) and Barclays, where he was responsible for regional remits across the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia. Those roles encompassed up to 14,000 full-time employees (FTEs) and more than 2,000 hires per year.
In these roles, he was responsible for delivering significant HR restructuring and transformation programs, as well as redesigning and building improved resourcing and talent functions across multiple geographies.
