Hudson Talent Solutions began with a bold vision: to bring global expertise to the evolving world of talent.

Founded in 1999, our journey started when TMP Worldwide, and later Monster Worldwide, acquired 67 recruitment and talent businesses across the globe. Soon after, Hudson Global emerged as an independent, publicly held company with a broad reach and a clear mission.

Like many growing businesses, we faced challenges. A complex structure and shifting leadership tested our resilience but ultimately sparked transformation. We refocused on our core strength: Recruitment Process Outsourcing. Through decisive action, bold leadership, and a commitment to excellence, Hudson evolved into a profitable, award-winning partner trusted by leading companies worldwide.

Today, we’re more than an RPO provider. We’re a strategic talent solutions partner supporting over 100 clients and more than 20,000 hires annually across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. 1999-2021

Establishing the Company

Hudson Global originated from 67 acquisitions made by TMP Worldwide, which later became Monster Worldwide, Inc. (i.e., Monster.com).

2003

The Company goes public

Monster distributed shares of the Company to its stockholders, creating a new independent publicly held company.

2013

A new direction

Jeff Eberwein invested in Company shares and gained shareholder representation on the Board to improve performance.

2019

Mastering RPO

The Company redefined RPO — from full-service solutions to project-based to on-demand – recognizing speed is critical and versatility is everything.

2020

Recognizing tech is the future

Acquired Coit Group, a San Francisco-based RPO provider, to expand the Company further into the tech sector and established an office in San Francisco, California.

2021

A bridge between US and APAC

Acquired Karani, LLC, a Chicago headquartered recruiting services provider that serves mainly US-based customers from its operations in India and the Philippines.

2022

Stepping into India's spotlight

Acquired Hunt & Badge, expanding the Company's footprint further into the India recruitment market with an array of impressive deep client relationships with notable multinational companies.

2023

SE Asia market growth

Acquired Hudson Singapore, a recruitment services provider based in Singapore, significantly increasing the Company's RPO market presence in Southeast Asia.

2024

Middle East expansion

Acquired Executive Solutions, a Dubai-based talent solutions company; the Company enters the UAE market and expands further into the Middle East.

Executive search in UAE

Acquired Striver, a UAE-based executive search firm, solidifying the Company's RPO position in the Middle East and enhancing executive search function.
