A fast-growing, world-renowned CRM and cloud computing company needed a scalable and flexible recruitment outsourcing partner with a specialty in sales recruitment to source, assess, and quickly hire a 40-person regional sales team to support company expansion.

Journey to success

We also deployed customized pre-hire assessments to ensure high quality candidates and organizational cultural fit. The 40-person sales team was in place within 60 days.

Project expansion

After initial project completion, the client engaged Hudson RPO to hire for a 50-person IT team comprised of complex, in-demand technology roles to support a critical new product platform project.
