Our client is an industry leader in research-based pharmaceuticals and employs over 100,000 people in 116 countries. The company wanted to launch an in-house “graduate development program” to pipeline strong management for the region. In order for the business to successfully utilise this program the company needed to:

  • Increase the number of top talent candidates
  • Develop a consistent structure for assessing attributes and competencies
  • Establish an end-to-end process from candidate attraction to short-listing applications

Journey to success

Hudson RPO administered a consistent best practice recruitment methodology to benchmark and manage the program’s recruitment solutions. In order to bring in top candidates, Hudson RPO also developed an attraction strategy and marketing plan targeting the global MBA community. Hudson RPO managed these solutions by:
